Dyeing procedure of reactive dyes
1, roll bake roll the steaming two baths law handicraft

(1) technological process:
Roll dye dry stoving in advance roll the alkali vapor steaming nothing but clear soaping water scrubbing stoving
(2) condition:
Soak rolling a dye liquor: Liquid warms up 20-30 ~C , rolls spare time rates =70%
Bake in advance: Infrared ray , the horizontal stroke heat conduction groundless , step by step, litre, warm up , dry spare time rates =30%
Dry: Hot wind or the cylinder dries dryness , dries one by one step
Soak rolling a dye liquor:
(A) the rolling mill, runs over spare time leading <75%
(B) steams box liquid seal , rolls spare time rates =100-110 %
The vapor steams the temperature: 102-104 ~C
The vapor steams time: 40-90 seconds
Redress nothing but: Cloth cover redress nothing but till the neuter
Soaping: Above 95 ~C, the sufficient soap cooks
Water scrubbing: Wash soap liquid clean
Dry: Dry dryness homogeneously
(3) dye liquors assemblies:
Dyestuff: X g/L
Defend against swim to move an agent: 1-2 g/L
Urea: 0-30 g/L
Seep through an agent: 0-2 g/L
(4) blends the alkali liquor assembly:
NaOH 38' Be' 10-15 ml/L
Na2CO3 20-40 g/L
NaClOrNa2SO4 150-200g/L
Defend against dye salt S 0-10 g/L
2. Roll-bake-bath law handicraft

(1) technological process:
Roll dye dry stoving in advance bake dry nothing but clear soaping water scrubbing stoving
(2) condition:
Soak rolling a dye liquor: Liquid warms up20-30 ~C , rolls spare
time rates =70%
bakes in advance: Infrared ray , the horizontal stroke heat conduction are groundless , litre of temperature dries
step by step: Hot wind or the cylinder dries dryness , stoving bakes one by one
step to dry the temperature: 140-160 ~C
(3) dye liquors assemblies:
Dyestuff: X g/L
Urea: 30-120 g/L
Baking soda: 10-30 g/L (NaHCO3)
Defend against dye salt S: 0-10 g/L
Defend against swim to move an agent: 1-2 g/L
Seep through an agent: 0-2 g/L
Give exegesis or explanation: Soak the fabric rolling a dye liquor drying the day afer tomorrow must be in progress immediately bake dry the sum soap cook handle.
