Dyeing procedure of cationic dyes
1.Pre-souring
Treat PAN in 0.5g/l Dtergent JU for 15 minutes at 50℃.
2.Dyeingaft
1) Recipe
1-2% Acetic Acid (80%)
5-10% Sodium Sulphate anhyd
0-1% Sodium Acetate Cryt
0-3% Retarder
0.5-2% Disperse agent WA
2) Digest 1 kg cationic dyes with 1kg Acetic Acid, and put into 50 liters boiling water.
3) Adjust dyeing bath to PH4.5±0.2 with liquor ratio 1:50
